Before going for Nysc camp we were told to do fitness test,after going to State Specialist hospital, it was diagnosed that there's protein in my urine,known as proteinuria....an wen I read abt this online, I saw it involved kidney disease,I've not been myself and can't stop asking myself numerous question.... Is it that I have kidney problem or I'm at risk of having...?
Two days ago I noticed there something like chicken pox coming out of my body,but I'm so scared it may have connection with d kidney disease....... I'm so scared I'm d only son of my parent......I'm not a smoker,I drink alcohol occasionally and I'm not into drugs....I'm just so scared.......I'm a serving corps member....
Pls doctors in d house should be help me shed more light on this and wat to do......Tanx

I'm so scared,my mum has been d one catering for me and even to eat na problem.....how will she cope if she hears I have kidney disease....... I'm going for check up today..... D money with me is d money I borrowed to get foodstuff but I can't risk my health.....I'm my mother only hope.......

Proteinuria occurs when metabolic by-product of the chemical breakdown of protein causes leakage.
In your case it is mildly high which could indicate kidney disease or severe anemia.
