1. The outdoor unit is one that is situated outside a building while used with a split AC unit.

2. Windows unit is one that is installed inside a constructed opening usually called a window AC.

3. Portable Unit is one that it's movable around with a wheel and has a pipe running out to the surrounding. It is usually all called a mobile AC.

Inverter AC are one that use low amount of electricity to be powered and used. They are expensive because it can be used in extreme low current. They are usually called low voltage starter.

LG has lots of LVS AC, while I think Samsung has one too

I'm just curious, i've been using an a.c in my room for 3yrs now that has the LVS sticker stuff, is it an inverter a.c?

You may want to check the model number of the Indoor unit to Confirm online if it's Truly LVS/inverter AC or the normal Split AC.

Yes, some AC comes with incomplete gas, so it will be required by your technician to fill gas to max if there is a need to. Also you can come for inspection.
