She did apply for the recent advertisement put out by the aforementioned organization and she has been asked to take a CULTURE ASSESSMENT TEST.


Please, who has experience about it, what is it all about?

What are the likely questions to be expected.

NB: it is an online assessment with time span.

The questions are just normal management / decision making questions, all answers seems to be correct depending on how you are looking at it, you need to look at the questions logically. Let me have her email so I can share the question for her to go through first. That might help.

What role does she applied for. I did my culture fit test two weeks back. Was invited for interview later.

Any update or feedback concerning January 15 interview in sagamu?

I just did the Culture assessment for BAT(British America Tobacco).
Like the other guy mentioned earlier, it's just some kind of management test on how you handle situations in a work context. It's no big deal.

So i got the mail yesterday, answered the "questions" if they were even questions.. But i haven't gotten an acknowledgement of any sort that something was done or that they had received it.
For those that did the assessment, was there some form of reply after the test was done?

No any immediate feedback or reply. in my own case i got interview invite two day after i did my culture fit test. Good luck to you.....

Actually every option in the questions were right but every company has work culture, so they will likely select those that choose options that most suit that particular job function in that company. The nxt stage should be interview invite based on my experience.

Did mine same sagamu on January 15, it was a normal HR questions. Tell us abt ursef, ur skills etc

I feel, if the organization wants to proceed with ur application, they should have gotten back to you.

Responses for invitation to come for interview, normally doesn't take long after the Culture fit assessment. I wish you the best tho

haha I guess you are using fone to apply, right? If you must use fone, try to adopt soft touch, allow the fone to butt finish for little while before you send.
