Open a dispute,item was probably returned back to the seller by the shipper,

Get your refund or seller sends yoy a new and valid tracking number.

Another trick to get quick response is to keep disturbing their customer service with chat about the appeal. Tell them u need to place an order on time and it is dependent on them accepting ur appeal. Tell them ur customers are on ur neck asking for their order. Tell them they should help u fast track the appeal process so that ur business will not collapse. grin
