Anyone experienced this issue with NIPOST before?

I shipped two items (not mobile phones) through Aliexpress Standard Shipping to Anyigba in Kogi State, one was said to have arrived my local post office by Friday 8, 2018 and was already signed on my behalf that is has been delivered to me.

I didn't bother going to claim it as the other item was on its way to Lokoja already, before further shipment to Anyigba. My thought was that by today, both items would be in Anyigba already. Unfortunately, I checked the post office today and non had arrived despite being signed as 'delivered'.
