A lion in a private zoo pounced on a teenage zoo worker and mauled him to death in Bohicon, Benin Republic. The tragic incident took place on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, as the 14-year-old boy zoo worker was carrying out maintenance check in the lion's cage. It wouldn't be the first time the boy is going into the cage for maintenance. Police were later called to the zoo and the lion was killed.

Double loss. Why kill the Lion? It's a carnivore and you guys know it. It should just be fed and maybe punished. You'll be surprised it would understand it's boundaries if the punishment was metted out well. It would understand not to eat a human even when hungry... Wetin I dey even talk sef....  |
