The casing i ordered for note 5a showed *depatched to overseas country* for like 5days before updating me that my item is with *local shipping company* then *delivery failure* which meant that it was at my nearest post office..

That's y I told you it won't open up until the protection period is over. You go wait oo. People whose items were despatched in January and didn't show till date were just able to open disputes this week.
