I see you added auto ads. Below are a few recommendations to spice your homepage.

1. Ideally, a leaderboard ad should be seated beside your blog name at the top. Create a leaderboard ad unit and paste the code in an HTML widget
2. Your side bar is too busy.
3. Reduce your 'popular posts' to 10.
4. Remove the category widget which displays your blog's label. It makes the page look rough.
5. Your footer section isn't all too good. Remove the 'categories' widget in your footer.
6. Finally, put a search bar widget just above the social 'Social' widget and remove the Google search bar.

By the way, it seems Blogger is tracking YOUR PAGE VIEWS, which might be wrongly interpreted to mean visitors'. To stop this, go to your Blogger dashboard, click or select 'Stats' ---> 'Overview' ---> 'Manage tracking your own page views'. Check the box which says 'Don't track my views for this blog'.

Lol.. Google no longer care about keywords appearing in your domain name.. As long as the page is well optimized with quality backlinks, you'll rank.

One of the ways to 'optimize' your page is to distribute your keywords within and around it. Backlinks could help tell the bot your site is trust worthy enough, but it won't come close making your page turn up SERP-wise. The reason is because Google's algorithm, particularly with keywords and often, prefer to have them distributed, most importantly in your Meta tag, description, H1, H2 - 3 and and tags.
