Lets break this down a little.

As of now, there isn't really any site comparing the side by side intricate detail. So ill belittle the 636processor and compare it with the P23 processor.

I'm sure you have a winner already right? Note that the the P20 doesn't support Big.Little technology but P23 does. Note that I compared the P20 against the 636 and it won meamwhile comparing the P23 against P20, the P23 over dust am .

I ordered for a Xiaomi redmi 5A from Aliexpress on 22nd of December 2017 and had to wait till 3/03/2018 before opening a dispute. Multiple checks on the tracking website showed that the item was still in transit all through that period. I had to open a dispute on Aliexpress. After following up on the dispute, i got a refund within 10 days. I subsequently placed another order from another seller and got it within 26 days.I

Lesson, your money's not lost as long as you have a tracking number and proof of purchase. Just open a dispute and get your money back.
