I have been scared of eating chickens. Even beef that I could not avoid using in my soup, I was thinking as I chewed.

A documentary I watched messed with my head. My eggs are languishing in the crate, milk nko? I avoid as much as I can.

In the documentary, I saw unhealthy and unwholesome practices during animal production that just made me recoil.

I also learned that most of these animals are pumped with antibiotics and ingredients which possess carcinogenic properties.

Too much antibiotics in the body is bad. It kills off both bad and good gut bacteria. That's one of the reasons some people deal with bad body weight - because most of the gut bacteria to break down their food has been killed off from consumption of animal products which are loaded with antibiotics.

Just two days ago, I read that that the per capita consumption of milk in the US had dwindled from 294lb/person/year to an estimated 154lb/person/year.

Clearly, I am not alone in the paranoia.

exact recipe for this Ya peppersoup, Biko nne

put your turkey in the put as normal with your onions, maggi, salt with your desired quantity of water
Add your pounded fresh pepper, ginger and little garlic then add one or two tablespoon of Larsor peppersoup spice which allow it cook for about 2 minutes add your scent leaf let it cook for a minute put down and serve with rice or eko.

My siblings be eating rice and swallow on Sunday night, as for me it's this.
