the redmi 5 plus is the indian version of china's redmi 5..whereas the redmi note 5 pro is the indian variant of china's redmi note 5. Here on this thread the chinese nomenclature is preferred

I personally find the face-unlock thing to be overrated,in the time it takes you to press the power button before face unlock can work you would simply have used the fp scanner to unlock your phone straight up.
