Good day all, i am staying in a self con house at okporo road, rumuodara port-harcourt, but i want to relocate to imo state, my rent is upto 6 months before it expires and i want to help someone out who might need accomodation....the person will also be using my properties before i settle down and come and pick up my properties.....and if he/she wants to continue paying the rent, is left for the person by next year february... i paid 165,000 for one year but as a help, the person can pay me 30,000 no agent fee, no drinking money.
