The plane is being moved to the mechanic for final repairs and paint job, before the inaugural flight.

No one needs balls to do that. I have been doing that for years.. by myself and I don't need balls to go around the world unless you want me to carry drugs which is a NO even if you give me all the balls...I ain't doing that.
I have liaised with government agencies and have supplied heavy duties to homes, offices, and government parastatals over the years. So I don't see why I need balls to do all these.
I am now planning to venture into Oil&Gas as its being liberalized and I still don't need balls for that. Anyway, you try. But never you assume that what you do is better than others because I can assure that you will find someone else here far better than you. The only people I can be envious of are pure and applied industrial physicists as that is my major and I am not opportune to have a career there.

No I am not. I have schooled oversees, and I run imports from Japan. I have seen it all. I have seen industrial generators, crap heavy equipments moved on trucks etc.

Did he ask the driver, or see the BL or its clearance where it is heading to and or where it is coming from? That he mentioned its from warf can mean anything. .. even at that, looking at that plane it is obviously a scrap... and either moved for for recycling its valuable iron.

yes, any country that can recycle can import it, nothing special about importing scrap metals for recycle.
Its cheaper than importing iron from India etc.
