But someone that scored lower than him is showing admission is on progress... seems strange. He has uploaded his olevel again and again.

Paul that scored 318 in JAMB and 296 in putme should upload his o level at a CBT center, if his status in caps is showing not admitted, hopefully he has the 5 relevant credits.

You have not been admitted, if you did not pick supplementary form you can try picking the current basic form if the departments advertised do not catch your fancy.
