I sent someone to her state scholarship board and they reported that they have not gotten such list from Federal Ministry of Education. I personally went to my school to inquire if there is such list for those awarded the scholarship. I inquired from the VC's office,Registrar's office, Student Affairs and every office that normally handles such issues. The report I got is that they have not received this year's list. I don't know what is delaying them because by this time last year, list of those who were successful were already pasted in their schools or received by their different schools.

Make they pay us the small change wey den dey give. If scholarship is not coming at the right time, what's the use then. That's why i love foreign government where payment is prompt and right. We have to call, tweet, hope, pray and fast before anything is done in this country especially this administration. Its pathetic. How much is #150k or 180k. Nothing should delay it.
