Lidl price is just there joor. There pampers and baby wipes is just too dry and they have the driest brioche bread ever.

Tesco brioche the best and then Aldi for others.

2. I am assuming you are >18 years of age is that correct ? You can’t be his dependant.

3. What does ‘sponsor’ mean,in this context?

3. By sponsor, I mean he files for me. Providing his tax records, bills, bank account and evidence of accomodation suitable for two etc. and maybe explaining in a cover letter why he is sponsoring me.

I defaulted on my US visa and so technically I am an illegal resident, though I have applied for a green card 6months ago. However, I plan to join my fiancé who is on a Tier 2 visa and has a comfortable job.

The plan is to get married as soon as I come over but Gov.uk says if I apply for a spousal visa, I would only have a 6months leave and I can't switch visas.
The other option is to apply as a dependant but when he got into the UK, we weren't engaged at the time, so I wasn't included as his dependant.

Pls I need advice on the options available to me, I'm really confused.

PS: If he sponsors me, I hope my bad immigration history wouldn't be a ground for rejection.

You would require a marriage license to conduct a ceremony in the UK. Who would grant you this license?

How do you intend to get to the UK, on an expired USA visa ?

I think you know what to do, but you are trying or hoping to circumvent procedures. This proposed circumvention, is a very slow ticking timebomb...........

If your sponsor can keep getting his visa renewed for the foreseeable future, you need to get your skates on and return to Nigeria........

I know right. Took me a while to really sort and compare. Iceland is just in my backyard but I still find my way to far Lidl to do fruits and veggies shopping. I just go to Iceland to grab frozen stuffs. They are very good at it. Tesco and ASDA na when I just wan go sight see.

Same with Whole Foods here in the United States...

Everything is so freaking expensive in that store...

Maybe because they're owned by Amazon...

You can do all you want to do in the UK as long as it is within the law and doesn't go against your visa guideline.
Easy on the food though, bring more Nigerian ish than food you can easily get here (and at a good price)..

If I’m correct you are coming on a student’s visa, meaning you can’t do full time work and can only work about 20 hours a week. So unless you are planning to do it under th books I’m not sure you are allowed to legally do business

Forget that importation/exportation and focus on the stylist business. I have a friend that's a student in Bristol, apart from the 20 hrs work, she is a hair stylist but collects only cash
