I just got back from UI, for pgd, application is still on going,portal opened today and also closing today o.. they are still waiting for recommendation from departments eg...Management and Business Administration, English proficiency examination is also coming up this Saturday....

That's not possible. Or maybe wickedness. I've also heard rumours about this and didn't believe it. I should be there tomorrow.

Masters form is sold for 16000 while PhD is 13000.

cut off mark for the English test sample is 40% but reduced to 30% . some departnents that conduct no Departmental test however accept as high as 50%.

Please i need to clarify, are you saying that the masters form will be on sale in may? I want to apply but i thought i would have to wait till around September to buy the form
