With 400 million, you can get a very good mansion at banana island which is one of the most expensive area in Lagos and this maga is putting 1 trillion for ordinary rent of 3bedroom flat. Did you want to rent the whole Eko hotel or sharaton hotel?

Lagos life is not easy, RESPECT to everyone staying there. I relocated there sometime ago and ran back to Ilorin. Lagos is not for everyone

The average price of 1 bedroom flat per year in yenagoa is #250,000 and the one without water can go for #200,000 that is if you are lucky to see one.
while the cheapest 2bedroom flat is #450,000, some 2bedroom flat can go for #600,000 depending on the location. 3bedroom flat here is from #800,000 to #1200000
