I suspect this Genesys 3 Lite phone has bitcoin minning worms inbuilt inside the OS. When my wife connects it to our hotspot, it sucks data like 10 computers connected to it. Worse case is that sometimes when its connected, other devices are no more able to browse the internet, Do a test for yourself and see
