One of our clients in the AGRO - ALLIED industry and operating in Ibadan requires for immediate employment a HORTICULTURIST/FARM MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualification : HND / Bsc or MSc in Agriculture Science
2. Experience : 7 to 10 years in Horticulture, Permaculture, commercial agriculture and Cash crops
3. Nature of Duty :
a. Must be able to apply knowledge of botany, plant and soil science to areas like landscape design or crop management.
b. Must be able to work directly with plantd, overseeing all aspects of breeding, selection, planting, care and production.
c. Must be able to plan and execute a commercial Agro Farm and the crop and Manage a team of Technical staff and workers of the Project.
4. Candidate must also have a good track record (having worked in a similar commercial farm production/s etc)
In addition to above, the candidate must also have thorough knowledge and experience particularly on the following.
“Products which is having low initial investment, high yield, low farming time, easy to culture and readily acceptable and sold in the local market”

Salary: VERY ATTRACTIVE
