Good day everyone, I run a cyber cafe / business center where I do my daily business, my canon pixma ip7240 is barely 2months, got it from Canon office computer village, while using it to print ID card I usually find it difficult would at least waste 2 to 3 pvc card before I get the correct measurements to fit the disc tray before printing id cards properly, the cartridge it came with got finished I had to get another refillable cartridges and colour ink sold for 800naira to refill them after refill them I had use the machine to print 3 Id cards the next day and they came out well, but yesterday I tried using them to print ID card but it wasnt responding well the iD cards where coming out faint, tried it with more than 7 pvc card yet it still same, pls what could be the problem?

Maybe you bought a fake ink cartridge.
Alternatively, since you bought it at a canon store, there should be a warranty on the product so take it back to them to rectify or replace.

There is a Coreldraw template for printing ID Cards. The woman who sold it to me gave me the template. Hope you have the template now?
