Useless government

Allow state governments to handle state police ooo,if community policing enter federal hand they don dabarooam ooo,allow the people to police themselves.

Nigeria needs to split. These same constables will release the criminals. It will be a wasted effort. We have seen that this forced one Nigeria cannot work.
