I guess house rent, mechanic, school fees, project and text books are done everyday. If she's making nothing less than 20k daily from a bike business, fuel, feeding and other miscellaneous shouldn't be more than 7k daily. Unless gokada collects 10k daily from her. I don't see how she shouldn't have more than enough savings by now.

NB: It's much more easier to save when u earn money on a daily basis cos even some days expenses will be very low compare to what I calculated. Peace

So have you considered bad days or days when she couldn’t ride because of one issue or the other?

And I’m sure you live outside Lagos or at best on the outskirts where a 3 bedroom apartment will be going for 200k or even less.

I’m sure you don’t pay phcn, water and electricity bills.

I’m sure you don’t send cash to your loved ones when they’re in dire need.

I’m sure you don’t buy petrol for your generator.

I’m sure you don’t pay for internet.

I’m sure you don’t pay toll at lekki toll gate, more than twice a day.

I’m sure you don’t pay nurtw anytime you ride out with your bike.

I’m sure you don’t even spend money.

Like an unexpected emergency that requires 30k or more cannot just come up.

Talmbout feeding, fuel and miscellaneous should not be more than 7k.

Even when I was in unilag, there were days when I had to cough out 12k because of one emergency or the other.

All of una go dey talk like say na una dey print money.

Seems this Okada work was lucrative o. 20k daily translates to about 400k monthly if she works 5 days a week. That is what graduates earn in a year in white-collar jobs. Seems blue-collar jobs is the way to go.
This wan senor blue-collar oooo, considering the risks they face everyday riding those BIKES, e beta say u tag that kain hustle as 'RED COLLAR" job grin grin grin.

20k every day amounts to 480k monthly excluding sundays.

How come she was not able to buy corolla for herself..

She could have made 2880000 in 6 months..

Na so una go dey lie upandan

Audio 20k daily.

Well, Gokada gave them those bikes on hirenpurchaee and takes out a certain percentage, per ride. To encourage their riders however, Gokada pays them a certain amount when they hit set daily targets. Some of the riders make more than than daily. FYI the market for okada is much more than that of cars because bikes move faster in traffic than cars. Figure our the rest for yourself

Lol.

Most of the stories you read on Social media are either outright lies or have been massively tweaked and sensationalized.

No be only 20k per day, it's 10k per hour. How many people use gokada in Lagos to start with? Not when you can walk out of your gate In most areas and see plenty of bikes without the stress of having to hail one via internet.

Unless she is saying she does multiple round trips from Badagry to Ajah daily , ain't no way she is making close to that.

Oga na Terminator 2 ?

It's good to see women driving okada and keke. This one the fruits of equality. It's better than being jobless; constituting nuisance on nairaland and insulting red pill men; and waiting on a rich man to bail your broke a$$ from poverty. grin
