Nope. The bill was modified after much outcry. Don't twist things. It actually placed a ban on open worship like crusades usually done by churches and said no worship between the hours of 11 and 4 am the time Christians usually hold vigils. It took serious agitations for those parts to be expunged and I didn't hear children of love and liberals like you condemn him then.
