The Federal Ministry of Education has urged Nigerians to disregard some false news flying around that the Federal Government had directed the reopening of schools, VOICE AIR Media reports.

The ministry’s Director of Press, Ben Goong, said on Sunday that there was no such directive from the minister, Adamu Adamu, as everyone had been instructed to work from home due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Goong noted that parents, guardians and stakeholders must not be misled by fake news but should continue to abide by the Federal Government’s regulations to tackle the ravaging pandemic.

That is it.

The hater pf western education has found reason to close down school indefinitely npt minding the effect on the development of our children.

Else where they do onlne education and provide each kids with laptops.
Since we cant do that why cant government make is essential that the tv stations air at least four hours educational tv everyday during these lockdown season where they can continue their curriculum, amd give homework which will be submitted.

My school wasn't even on strike. We were happy until Covid-19 drops "general market" for everybody. Exams was initially scheduled to start next Monday. Now, it's not even certain if we will resume in months to come.
