Am not a Doctor neither did I study any course related to health, but I know little about health with the help of research and because have been involved in one nutritional product selling sometimes ago, have been able to sell a lot of products on health both physical and digital.

Have sold many products on the Top two niches especially during this Corona Virus time, the sales are very high compared to the normal day, and I will tell you the reason before we finish this Tutorial.

I am not the type who will tell you that you don’t need money to get started in this business. So, if you are the type who is thinking that you can’t afford at least 25k to start abeg, find your way and look for something else to avoid wasting time.

The Reason is; There is no how you can make good sales if you don’t advertise. So, you need to save at least 20k to start running ads and once you make your first sales you will invest it back to the business. (If you have good money to invest in this business is great)

People are home, eating daily, no opportunity of workout and no stress which will make them gain more weight and they don’t want it.
I know this before, and because of the request am getting daily I discovered more. Is been over a year I advertise waist trainer last, even though people still see my information on Facebook and contact me sometimes, but the rate of that contact requesting for waist trainer in the last 6 days is much…
And the truth is; many of them are outside Lagos which I can’t deliver but I sent some of my students in those area to deliver.

Millions of people in US lost their jobs because of this Corona Issue and Nigeria is not excepted… Some people cannot eat if they don’t go out daily and now that they can’t go out how will they eat? What to do before you think of what to sell

Hey guys, Thanks for your trust in me that I will deliver good information. I love you guys….

So, let’s start with the first thing.

Well… A lot of motivation speakers will tell you to sell what you have passion for but that is not 100% true. What if what you have passion for is not making money? Is not what you love but what people will buy. (What they can even borrow money to buy)

Before you think on what to sell make research
Yes… go online to search for more information about Make money, Health, Relationship/Marriage and Travel. There are many Facebook groups on these niches, join them and see what people are saying.

What you need is to get more information in people’s problem, notice their questions. Notice the answer to those questions. If you do that in less than 5 days you will know what to sell.

You can also come to Nairaland. Go to health niche if you are planning on health and see what people are saying. I got more information on how to sell Infertility products on this platform.

So, once you have gathered your information you have already find problem and the people who have that problem, what you need now is to bring solution to them.

If you are planning on selling health products you don’t need to write 100 pages of information. What you need is straight forward information that will show people how to cure one thing. 15-30 Pages is okay.

For example, if you want to show people how to cure infertility, create an eBook on Infertility that is short and straight forward. When they ready it they should understand and know the next thing.

Well…. I was selling one Infertility Physical products sometimes ago, the products cost and I was thinking on how to sell it and get people to buy.
My plan was to create a sales page for that products but at the same time the price is on high side and the products works. I quickly think on what to do, then I create short eBook on Natural products to cure infertility. I also create a free Report on this topic that people will get for free so that it will be easy for me to get their email and name.

I started driving traffic to the lead page and people were downloading that report. At least 76% of people who downloads that report came back to ask for more information and some of them ends up buying my report which was selling for #2.999.

With that some of them came back to buy the Infertility physical products that I recommends inside the report, even if the sales is low but I have nothing to lose as I already make Over 2x of the money I spent on Facebook ads

Notice; Your Free eBook must be sweet. I mean it must be like preparing a sweet food in the present of hungry man. Make him sit comfortably waiting for the food and when the food is ready tell him to go and buy mineral before he will eat. If you tell him to buy 2 he will end up buy 5 because he is very hungry and ready to do anything especially for the sweet food he can’t let go.

The same is your paid report. You have already told them how to do it naturally but 99.9% of them will not try it, they are looking for the easiest way to get the solution. They will call you on how to get this product

There other niches that is selling too like Travel Niche. In fact, Travel niche sold a lot in Nigeria last year. You should have notice that last year as many people were promoting out to relocate to Canada, Uk visa etc.

Though in the last 3 weeks Travel niche dropped by over 40% yes! People don’t buy it like before and is not only in Nigeria, is everywhere.
I will explain why the 3 Niches is very hot in the market and why you should focus on it.

Money Mak-ing

Lets’ forget about Corona, even before Corona people love Freedom. People want to be their own boss by owning their own business. There are many businesses online you can do that you will make good money.

Am a good example of this. I quit my job in Sept. 2017 29 days after I started mini eCommerce business. Though have prepared myself before then, bought many courses on ecommerce both in Nigeria and outside, bought a lot of Facebook course. 29 Days after I launched my first Facebook ads on eCommerce, I made 3x of my salary.

Well! I hate working for people before, I was doing that so that people will not think am lazy and to keep myself busy. Thank God I made that decision because I was able to use free electricity to find my way because where I was living in Anambra then was bad, no light. We hardly get light 10 hours a week

So, choosing selling making money products is a perfect example. People who are making want to make more. Am looking for many way that will make me spend less than and make more.

Is hard for people who are not be making money to sell money making products and that is why Affil=iate marketing is the best way to start with if you are just starting your journey online.

Is like recommending people’s products and with that people will even trust you very well and trust the product you are promoting. To make it more great, you can buy that product before you start prom-oting it for you to know more information about what you are selling.

Don’t start creating mon-ey making products if you have not be maki-ng money… Is a bad idea and it will not help you. Before I create any products, I make sure have tried the system for at least 3 months and is working for me so that I will know the question my students may want to ask me

Health:

Seriously, this is where to start with if you are just starting. You don’t need to be a doctor before you start selling health products. Have sold hundreds of supplements and I studied building Tech. Have sold a lot of digital health products and my course is not related to health.

Research is what makes you sell to people over and over. I was once a GN=LD Distributor when I was still looking for job and if you have been and you used to attend training regularly you will understand that a GN-LD distributor is better than many doctors in times of Knowledge.

Am still a distributor oooo but I paused for now and am starting soon. Have been making research for over 8 months how to do it Online successfully and have gotten all the necessary information I need. The next is to launch and I want to budget some money and dedicate sometimes too for that business as I have studied their marketing plan very well…

So, health niche is selling like seriously. People need information on health. Diabetes, Str-oke, Infert-ility for men and women, Pe=nis enlar-gement etc. Just search online and gather everything together that is useful and that will help people.

One thing you don’t believe is; many people are facing these problems because of what they are eating. What if you can correct the way they eat and set the right diet for them, a tiny change in their body will make them believe you like kilode.

You know my secret?

Before I sell any health products, I make research on that products. If I can’t use it I can buy it for someone who need it because I want to sell what customers can recommend or what will make them come back.

That is the reason why I will always love that G-NL-D, Yes! All their products are perfect. If you know how to presc-ribe it to people you will sell a lot.

So, do what I told you yesterday. Go online and search for people’s problem, find a solution to their problem on Google.

Recently I used one of that same company product “Pro Vitality” and I know how effective the products is and I want to sell it. Seriously I will sell it like kilode. But I want to first sell information on how to boost your immune system because is about building immune system, eyes and other thing.

Marriage/Relationship

Hmmmmmm…. This is hot but this is selling well to foreigner than Nigeria. Yes! If you are thinking of selling relationship products I will advise you sell affiliate products and focus on selling to foreigner.

People are out there looking for information that can help their marriage, especially ladies. Ladies can spend a lot of money in relationship products. They want to save their marriage, they want men to fall in love with them, they want to attract men. If you know your way out you will sell a lot.

The best way is to advertise your products on Dating website. Yes! That is the best place because 95% people who registered there are looking for relationship and if you have good banner you will win their heart.

Travel Niche

Wow…. Many Nigerian sells hundreds of this product last year… I knew a guy who sold over a million in a month selling Canada Visa last year.

By now you will know that our politician don’t have people interest. All the benefits you will get in outside the country will for-ce you to look for money to travel especially if things is not working for here.

Well…. This is what makes the magic happen. By now you should know what email auto responder is; If you sign up to get one information and you keep receiving follow up email is the power of Auto responder.

2 years ago, someone replied my message angrily. The Subject of the message is; “I know you are set to go for your 9-5 daily work” The guy angrily replied and said a lot of thing.

The funny thing is, I set up the message 9 days before that time he received it because I wanted to give myself time to rest and not to touch my system for like 2 weeks and I still want my business to be running.

So, you can set up messages that your subscribers will receive for over 2 months and they will be receiving it as if you are just sending. What if you know the mind of your subscribers? Wow… some of your message will hit them as if you know what they are passing through at that moment.

And the best Auto responder I can I will recommend is Aweber and Getresponse.

Am using Getresponse because if cheap and there are a lot of thing you will love there. I will encourage you use it if you are starting. I have a video on how to set it up if you need it. You can also use Trafficwave too but their deliverability is bad even though they are the cheapest. If you have 200 list you are paying less than $18 and if you have 100k u are paying the same amount.


30-40 follow up email

This is very important and you need to do this right. You can have the best landing page, the best sales page but if you can’t create great email follow up people will not take any action on your email to get to your sales page.

I always advise you to create at least 30 followed up email because people are very difficult to convince. Two people bought my eCommerce course this year, these people has been on my list since May 2018 and is because of follow up.

So, make sure you create good content, if you are not good in creating a message that will force your subscribers to take action, you can outsource it.

Don’t just set up 10 messages and say you are okay with it. The longer your subscribers receive the message the higher chances of selling more.
