Try using a file manager like "Root Explorer", it should reveal any hidden file extensions. Or, maybe, just maybe the encoding of those audio files is off.

Change your region to Nigeria. GetApps becomes available when you set your region to India. It's an app store, so it might be updating your apps in background. You can also restrict it's data usage.

I already restricted the background data, turned off data access from both SIM, turned off auto update but there was no way to turn off WiFi access, it was greyed out and not clickable and I'm usually on WiFi. All right. Then the last option would be changing region.

I experience similar thing but in this case, it's with the "Google app" When I connect to an high speed wifi(not phone wifi or mifi) it just keeps downloading and consuming data nonstop. I guess, it's a bug.

Redmi Airdots if you need anything better you go for QCY T5 or Anker TWS.

other good ones in the mould of the Redmi are Haylou GTS

Which one has a good noise cancellation please. I have used Haylou GTS pro good but the noise cancellation is poor.

I tried to switch to tronsmart encore s2 plus wireless headphone. That one too has a very poor noise cancellation. You can not make call without the receiver hearing all other background noise from your end.
