Macaroni is a comedian and the skit was clearly a comic skit. While the Ooni didn't make any lame jokes, Macaroni's skit was clearly COMEDY! Every other thing, is an after thought.

The message in the skit is simple. The King was trying to correct Mcmacaroni from saying "Aye ki kunle mo" Meaning "Girls don't kneel down nowadays". The King told him it was wrong for saying so as it will be creating wrong impression in the young ones.
