I resolved to seek god wherever he may be found. Note that My search for god is not for material or health benefit or for socialisation. It is my soul yearning to be one with the ultimate reality. I cant believe that with all my wealth and connections i would still experience this empty aching feeling, this void, this yearning... I need GOD!!!

The best way to know God is to ask him to reveal himself to you personally.. but u must repent of your sins, ask him for forgiveness, then just pray for the next seven days with fasting God reveal yourself to me I want to know you, I want to experience you. I believe in Miracles by Kenneth E. Hagin

Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.

The first and last helped me building critical, logical and analytical reasoning, while the 2nd book helped me looked within and find God as a student.

I stopped being a follower, and I became a student. An Omnist.

There are more books and tapes, but these helped me in filtering my thought process.

I have only achieved less than 2% of my spiritual goals, but I now have the understanding that the "kingdom of God is within me and around me" and not what a pastor says.

I respect pastors as spiritual leaders , but I must x-ray their teachings in line with biblical injunctions, especially the elucidations in the Bible book of Revelation.

I don't think that should bring CONFUSION. One of the scripture I cited in my initial post has the below......

Where the CONFUSION is coming from I believe you should know by now considering the numerous books you must have come across in life. In the course of trying to PROVE whom the supreme God is many had made PARTIAL DISTINCTIONS (wisdom from above do not promote that...James 3: 17 and it has always been HIGHLY CONTENTIOUS( James 3:16)
