It's like N-Power but strictly for graduates with Educational qualification.

The said successful applicants are placed on N10,000 a month stipend (don't know if the amount will be reviewed)

2. The participants has a high chance of being absorbed into the service though it takes so long a process.

3. Only NCE holders are qualified for the scheme
