@Feelamong I sent you a PM, wanted to inquire about posting question regarding similar charges, but don't want to violate earlier stated group policy. Kindly respond.

godash:
Thank you sir. I've just sent out an email to them.

To be clear, are you saying the current CBN approved charges is still 0.125% of the upfront interest or is it 0.125% of the face value?

House,

Can anyone provide information regarding CBN Open Market Operations and CBN Bills.

1. How do these instruments work?

2. Can Individuals purchase these securities utilizing instructions sent to their banks? (same method with Treasury Bill auctions)

3. What is the minimum requirement amounts?

4. When are the offer dates (schedule of upcoming auctions)

5. Is interest paid upfront or at maturity?

When you receive inflows ( incoming wires) from outside the country do you know if they scrape off correspondent fees?
Spoke with account officer, no charges for inflow (incoming wires). For outgoing, charge is $36 (USD) + 0.5% of total amount.

Hope that was helpful,
Cheers

In the past they didn't, but the bank has been going through so many issues (lost it's original luster), Plus with so many of the CBN changes not sure (RTGS Charges now N700).
In the past have had issues with EURO & GBP, but for most part USD was OK. Word of advice/caution, if you do not already have accounts with them, their fees for operating your accounts are much higher over all then other banks (just my opinion over last 9+ years).
I will ask my account officer.

Sir if you are into the business you will understand how it's worked.

Buyers are looking for cheap rates while sellers are looking for high rate.

For lagos state alone I know of 3 location with 3 different price that is for BDC and PARALLEL market.

As for the bank and online they all have their price.

Please make research. Thanks for your opinion. We learn everyeveryday.
Please can you explain "BDC" & "PARALLEL"
Also, are the rates posted here, what they are paying for USD

InvestmentRe: Has Any One Used Diamond Bank To Verify Paypal by 00Pro: 7:48am On Jul 15, 2014
The issue you have is that Paypal will not accept card issued on Nigerian Banks. There are only about 2-4 African countries where Paypal will allow some sort of transactions. What is it that you want to use Paypal verification for? There may be other options that could meet your need.
