@stbenedict has given you a clue and since you coming from Nyanya board a Wuse vehicle and tell the driver to drop you off at "Finance Bridge" walk up the bridge a little ministry of finance is just to the left you could then ask for direction for Edo House from there on.
P.S Above description will only apply if the car goes through Bullet and then secretariat but if you lucky(some cabs don cut off secretariat depending on passengers) you might just be dropped just opposite ministry of finance.
