but honestly, these guys are masters at brainwashing. My mind was so fixed on the supposed income that I was happy it wasn't the actual Ushering job I came for. My only reason for doubting them was the way they all looked shabbily dressed and poor.

After so much time on nairaland, i had gathered so much knowledge of how to recognise GNLD coys, what their recruitment invitation looks like and all that. For all these while i never fell victim of their tactics.
But like they will say, Man proposes but God disposes.

Shebi jejely i was in my house when someone called me that he spoke to someone about my joblessness and was told i shld come for an interview in some company. Truly the person he spoke to called me and gave address, when i asked what d name of d coy is,she said i shldnt worry,its an international coy,i shld jst come for the interview. Searched the address on nairaland but couldn't get any tangible info.
So, i went.
I couldn't leave even when i noticed upon stepping into d building people were registering the code such as Admin/HR in dia text invite so my supposed helper wont say i concluded too fast.

We were ushered in, given 10 objective questions to answer. After then a guy came in and spoke about attitude blablabla, then d supposed HR personnel came in and started with her own lecture too...on how irrelevant dia grandfather's (nt mine) certificate wont fend for them, on how graduates develop too much ego to fflw business opportunities. After lyk 3hrs, the CEO came and said how she made 250k on her first business trip and how beneficial grabbing dia business opportunities is...blablabla...at the end she said team leaders wld get more opportunities to make money dn team members so to be a team leader, you av to pay their franchise levy of #14,000 immediately while team members can pay later.
I sha spent approximately 4hrs in dia and ended up having severe headache.
I am not angry oo...Cos mehn, those guys got awesome presentations and re-orientation skills...I just pity those that fell for them.. #wehdohsir #wehdohma
In conclusion, the name of their coy is ICONIC ACE Integrated Services and they are located at 98,PalmAvenue, Mushin (Hillstar Hospital Building)

This happened few minutes ago @Fadeyi, Lagos. This pastor who uses an uncompleted building for church services was accused of sleeping with church members. The palava started when he beat up one of the girl and cut her hair...The girl then leaked the sex part due to the fear of her hair been used for spiritual purposes as many witnesses swore the pastor had been using charm to sleep with the church members.

Simple Tutorial to Groom Your Eyebrows Properly

We often talk about shaping and coloring eyebrows, but we almost never talk about grooming the eyebrows. The fact the we want to make them thicker and bolder, doesn’t mean that we have to leave some unnecessary hairs to stick out of the main brow shape. Today we will try to learn how to groom and pluck the brows in order to create a good base. And here are the steps:

First, you have to define the wanted shape of the eyebrows. Make sure that this shape is matched to your face shape. If your face shape is rectangular or too long, you shouldn’t create a high arch of the brow shape. It will make your face longer and more rectangular, which is not a good option. The brow shape has to be balanced according to the face shape.

There is one simple rule to follow when it comes to grooming good looking eyebrows – never touch the middle of the brow. That’s the area where the hair must grow and must be, don’t remove them.

Clean only the areas that seem a little bit out of the shape, for instance, above the brow, below the brow and at the beginning of the brow, if there are hair that move toward the other brow – no one wants one brow, right?

If you want to stick to the natural-looking shape of the eyebrow, remove only one row of hairs from down below, but if you want to create glamorous and well structured brows, remove 2-3 rows from the area under the eyebrows.

If the hairs of the brow are too long, you can trim them with a small scissor;

Finally, fill in the eyebrow with a little bit of color if needed and now you can enjoy a good looking brow shape, they will be all groomed and shiny and you can easily continue with the application of the remaining makeup designs. Have fun!

Cat-eye Look

You have to admit that you like the cat-eye look, but you can’t apply it every time you want.
For instance, you applied the eyeliner on the first eye just perfectly – on fleek, as it is said, but the other eyes is a total mess. Don’t give up, you will get the right look eventually. You must keep trying and believe me, the skills come with the practice.

I want to show you a cat-eye tutorial that will contribute to your skill if you decide to try it on your eyes. Take a look at the steps and follow them one by one in order to get every single hack of the application.
Here we go:
As always, prepare the lids with a primer. Without this step you are taking a great risk because the eyeliner might smudge very quickly if you don’t apply a stable base on the lids, which is the primer.
Another tip for the primer – it should be tinted, because the light coverage will create a nice base color, which will create a pop-out effect of the eyeliner. If you don’t have a tinted primer, you can use an oil-free concealer or highlighter.

Great! The lids are prepared and we can move to the color application steps. Start with black color on the crease and the outer corner of the eye. Create an oval V-shape which will create a depth of the eye. Smudge it nicely.

Then, draw the eyeliner at the top lash line. Extend it with a winged flick at the outer corner of the eye.

Then, if the size of your eyes allows it, you should apply black color on the bottom lid as well.

And finally, lock the design with a thick coat of mascara.

So, take a look at the steps and follow them one by one if you want to get this look and if you think that it will match your face, eyes and hair.

Here we go:

First, you have to prepare the lids for the decoration. This means that you must apply primer and base color, which must be beige. If you have a tinted primer, you can use it in order to kill two birds with one stone.

Then, draw a dramatic eyebrow and place a piece of tape at the outer corner of the lid in order to create a guideline for the shape of the makeup design.

Apply dark base at the outer corner of the eye and draw a V-shape.

Apply silver shadow and blend it in order to merge with the black V shape.

If you want to make your lashes grow big and thick, you should search for a natural way to do it.

Thanks for the question.
For concealer, i would recommend any full Coverage concealer such as Nars for your type of skin.

Then foundation... Would prescribe any full Coverage stick foundation such as black opal.

Note- To get your correct foundation color, match it with your neck before purchase.

To apply any of these on your face...Avoid the usage of makeup brushes as much as possible... Use sponges instead such as beauty blender.
