I dnt knw wat it's cald in oda parts of d world but dat's wat it's cald in naija. It is made 4rm 'Yam' n also, it's a solid 9jerian food. I lov takin it wit "EWEDU" (Anoda 9ja vegetable) + a vry delicious stew.
Anytym I get angry, dos dat knw me knws ma password. N I'm neva bellefull weneva I take am.
On special occassions, I dnt order 4 anytin else, be it at home or at a restaurant. D soft smooth surface of d amala always mak ma heart melt wit joy n pleasure. Weneva I take a handful, I'm always eager to try d nxt coz d mor I take, d mor delicious it tastes. I dnt joke wit my "AMALA".

its an igbo delicacy...the leaves are not the ugba dish o the ugba is the sliced seed...its the seed of a plant...
