You've got to be on cheap crack. Even the Google CEOs will admit that there are more high quality games available on iOS than on Android.

Usually the preferred platform for big name devs is iOS, then Android. For good reason too: the same app/game makes lots more money on iOS than on Android.

I almost didn't switch to the Galaxy SIII because of the lack of Street Fighter IV. Still no Soul Calibur on Android yet.


On the flip side, you can connect a PS3 controller to most high end Android phones...and emulators run better on top end Android phones.

sorry bro, NeedForSpeed HotPursuit versus NeedForSpeed Shift2 is a classical example of same game by same developers for the same platform
yet Shift2 has crappy graphics, touch is not that responsive while Hot pursuit brings you into the game. You forget everything around you with kickass graphics. while playing, you will realize each game object was created with properties like weight, speed, hit recovery built in.

comparing both HD phones is just like comparing 2 variety stores of same size in same location
the one that will serve you well is one with most variety item, this is totally dependent on the store owner, Not the building owner

Apple and Samsung has given developers the platform to be creative, whatever game developers come up is what you get.

android games rock but in quality and graphics it goes to ios.cool tin abt android is dat it runs on more phones spread accross different manufacturers making it better for multiplaying and android os 2.2(especially xperia) upward can carry a playstation 2 emulator so i prefer android for gaming and dev

nokia made a very big mistake cuz they stoped supporting the nokia n-gage and meego.if nt symbian would hv been a hot cake now and to make matter worse they made a contract with microsoft and stopped symbian.i still remember my beloved nokia n95 8GB
