According to my writing for mass media lecturer, news is deviation from the norm. It is events involving famous people and people who matter in society. It is an account of occurrences that affect or interest a large number of people in society. News is news is news.

People criticising the thread would not have clicked on it or commented on it if it wasn't interesting and the thread would have died a natural death.

I like the diversity that we now have on the home page. Previously dead sections are now being represented. However, it is now time for me to ask my usual question.
