OYINBOGOJU: What kind of Project Name is Called Capital Project?

Capital expenditure is when the govt spends money on major projects such as hospitals, dams, aircraft, bridges, schools etc. If govt is to build a hospital now, that hospital that is to be build is a capital project, while the cost of building the hospital is called capital expenditure. The other type of expenditure is recurrent expenditure i.e. expenditure on running costs, such as wages and salaries of govt workes(civil servants) etc. There are also recurrent and capital revenue.
