Hello Nairalanders,
A friend of mine applied for USA visa, after thumb printing and observing all other protocol, the embassy officer, gave him a paper with inscription, "we need to do do further administrative processing".

Please has anyone experienced this before? How long does this processing take?
How is it possible that he can be called back for the visa before 1 month time (when his training will commence)?

NB: He applied for a business visa, he is going for a training with an invitation from a multinational company based in USA and gat branches in Africa.

what are the question the officer ask ur friend before he put him on AP .put more light to ur post people can advice you... for the Ap its 3 month to 9 month before the embassy u hear anything from them ... they are trying to verify the document ur friend submit hope ur friend no give them fake papers sha ......

all papers were so genuiue and real.

The only thing we all suspected was that he gat a Lebanese root which gave him an arabic surname but he was born and bred in Nigeria and also a christian.

Why not be truthful and just admit that it was you, instead of claiming that it was "a friend". Cant the so-called friend come and post it on NL himself
