WHAT JOBS FOR DOCTORS

Doctors in nigeria weathered through difficult times to bag their certificates .What happens after this is a sort of

nightmares. Some wait for more than 2 years before getting a placement for their intenship. Then after NYSC they still grumble as they

roam the street for jobs. The irony of it all is that nobody is bathing an eyelid on this. These doctors when they get abroad perform so well

that you wonder what positive effects their presence in the country would have been. I would love this forum to discuss the way forward.

if you love the profession and didnt just go into it because of parental or peer pressure, you will be happily and gainful employed

so many hospitals are looking for doctors to employ now

the problem is that everyone is looking at the fat salaries of NGOs, Oil companies and IT firms and you start to wonder whether the time spent in the

medical school was worth it considering the pay
