I ran out of units over the weekend and tried purchasing some units for my prepaid meter yesterday, but couldn't due to the long queue i met at the PHCN office i went to.

My immediate second option was to do it over the atm, when i tried it showed something about resetting my pin.

Dunno if anyone has ever done this with success and how did they go about it...
Monday and Tuesday are public holidays and i don't wanna wait till thursday. Anyone with suggestions...thanks.
