poster,let me advise you, eat an apple,mix with other subacidic fruits like pears day its healthy and you wont see a doctor.full of antioxidants which fight free radicals from the body especially carcinogenic substances which cause cancer.its a subacidic fruit 2.Eat water melon on its own dont mix with any other fruit salad.its full of antioxidans and water to revamp the dehydrated system 3.acidic fruits in a salad i.e pineapples,oranges together with avocados for better absorption sweet fruits like bananas full of minerals and vitamic C.Havent i tried.Anyway just google benefits of those fruits you will get alot info |
