This thread is basically for Dealers especially the pre-order specialist
and business people on autos alike.

Just like every venture or business, issues and troubles crop up from time to time.
Damaged cars, lost vehicles, issues with clients, name it. We contend with various unsavory issues just like every business person.
Profit does come in from time to time, but in some other times, we make unplanned loses or encounter issues that diminish your reputation
before your client despite your assurances and honesty. I mean, there are issues being honest and sincere can't just help you solve. There are also
some others that your deposit of goodwill can't buy you.

Ok, my issue is, let's share those low moments in the business and how your rose above them to come stronger.
Those moments when your profit is exhausted on a car and you now have to use your personal funds to tidy it up and still deliver to clients just to maintain credibility.
Those moments external factors (ports, mechanics etc) combine to wreck havoc on your plan.
Accidents, crashes, theft, robbery issues.

Above all, how did you come over them and what's your resolve for staying put in the business??

They have been two major of them for me. One of them i am currently handling.
Last year in may, i took delivery of a 2003 Corolla S with Knocked engine angry it all happened at Tincan
since the car was loaded fit in US.

This year, i am battling with a failed gear box of a Chevrolet Express Van i imported for a client.
I either change or over-haul. Client is not happy but what can one do?

I have made up my mind to stay put and keep hitting at it. Rome was not built in a day.
The business was started out of passion and that is what is sustaining it.

Let's share yours
