Am a chartered accountant with 3 yrs xperience.I have been out of job for about a year now and am not finding it funny @ all.I also have been attending interviews but its either they say they can't pay me or I am offered a ridiculously low salary package.
2 weeks ago,I was offered 42k by one company on the mainland.this amount is too small considering that I earned a 6 digit salary in my last job. and I don't know if I should accept it.Am really frustrated. Should I accept this offer?is there a prospect for me in this new company? Aint I reducing my worth/value? Am I been unrealistic? I even asked for a start up salary of 90k which I felt was reasonable
But the manager said he wasn't interested in paper qualification!
Please I need professional advice ! Pls

Since you don't have a job presently,I'll suggest you accept the offer.At least,it will keep you busy.Besides,since the manager said he wasn't interested in paper qualification,I believe your salary will be reviewed upwards in no distant time,if you prove your competence practically.
