Alone and suffering from dehydration during the dry season, this calf was rescued by game scouts. They gave the baby water and provided monitoring for about 3 days during recovery. Fortunately, the baby was reunited with mom on the third day when she came accompanied by other elephants. The scouts could not believe it when the calf disappeared in the midst of others. 1 Like
