r231:Oh, sorry about that, my mistake. I just reread it again & I think I understand it better. The 10% is for Package Retrieval. I guess it only applies when I want to retrieve my package from your USA warehouse when its yet to be shipped to Nigeria right? |

r231 Hello bro. Sorry to say this but I wont be doing business with you guys after this my transaction. I like you and your way of handling issues but unfortunately, I dont ship from the UK and dont have u handling my transactions. Yanira works like a robot and is too official for my liking. You have to teach her the Nigerian way of handling people so she doesn't sound insultive in her mails. Until you get another handler there, I think I will go back to my previous shipper where I am treated with respect and as a king. Thanks |
