If your timing belt has snapped, your engine mechanism is has good as destroyed and needs a total overhaul of engine components. Hopefully you did not attempt to restart engine after timing belt snap, cos if you did, you might have extensively damaged your engine. If that is the case, set your sights on a new engine.

As usual, a query without given an engine size, so all advice you'll get is going to be based upon guesswork.

If your timing belt has snapped, or the tensioner is broken, your valves and pistons would have made contact. You'll have bent valves, your pistons would be okay, just contact marks on their crowns.

Your cylinder head/s will have to be pulled, and new valves ground in and fitted. Note I said new, not used. With the labour involved, it's foolish to even consider used valves from an old engine / cylinder head. While the head/s is/are off, it would make sense to fit new valve guide seals. If you purchase a cylinder head gasket set, it will include valve stem seals, camshaft seals, rocker cover seals, inlet and exhaust manifold seals and thermostat housing seal if applicable.

If I were you, i would get rid of that Rover as soon as she's running right, the Rover K-series engines are less than garbage, good luck.

I have no idea where you can buy the parts in Nigeria, I can only speak for the UK. Your Rover is a British car.
