Ermm, I just wanna use this chart to explain what I wrote up here last week ^ cos I still receive mails that pple still dont understand the psychological level/whole numbers.

From the weekly chart below, the black line at 1800 is the psychological level. The previous red circles are the points where the market faced a resistance. You would notice that when buyers get to that point, they retreat and sell because they feel its too expensive to buy. So 1800 is a major resistance.

Today, if the NFP comes out better than expected then the price will not get to that 1800 black line.

If you want u can place a short trade now as the retracement is now completed and price is ready to return south.Also look at the AU, an inverted hammer has formed on the 1Hr TF.Possible Upward movement on the AU,EU and GU.Gold is already moving back Up.Keep watch of these...have a lovely weekend...
