Another point is dis,I encouraged us in dis forum to start sharing ideas pertaining to developing our IQs and giving us more and diverse knowledge about ICT/NPF before we are called for training,yet u r asking if I hv brought anything to develop dis forum.

Please i need some 1 to enlighten me a bit. I see some old folks on Asp ranks in the streets some times and if i can recall vividly the age stated on the enlistment advert was not above 30. My question is how do they work there way in at that old age? Some one once told me they grew on the ranks till they got to officer cadre. Does this means when you join the service you can grow from costable to d highest rank u can get to in the officers cadre and again i noticed that its a bit difficult to differentiate between a costable and these ASP in the way they look on their uniform. I try to understand that a costable may not really look sharp because he/she is not well empowered financially but why does this Asp look same way?

@Bus i don't know what to say 4 now because i can't realy understand ur write-up against chuchi. chuchi has not done anything wrong to deserve such vulgar language but i am of d opinion dat u are joking but dat is an expensive joke u kno. Come up and tell me u did't mean it, may be i can beg chuchi on ur behalf.Waiting.@efualwealth one can rise frm constable to d rank above asp but with a limit due to retirement age factor while one can also rise from asp to dig/igp.Remember to rise frm constable to asp is a tedious task due to many unknown /known factor, dat answer why dat asp u saw look dat way.
