okotos: @John yakubu, i just confirmed 4rm one of d directors in abuja ofice and he told me they av nt started given out apointmt leters in civil defence bt he said they wil definatly recruit and gv apointmt leters very soon.i dnt knw whr people are getin dr apointmt leter 4rm.its just a mear fabricatn and deceit if nt let dem snap dr leters and upload it 4 us 2 see.
