A source/agent hinted to me last week that the people in camp now is from the presidency and that they have not been given appointment letter up till now but were given card..
Is there anyone to confirm this?

Being a B.Sc graduate is in Character and in learning. Sometimes, we must always try to see the bright side of life in self employment.

It might interest you to know that much of the jobs you think are too menial for a graduate are what really fetches GOOD MONEY.


When the NSCDC job finally comes, I'll jump @ it but until then, I'm luving hu I'm cos it's fetching me some comfortable livelihood.

That can be true cos some people here said it that they were given card with numbers. But for the apl, that am not sure of.
I heard before easter that a letter was sent to the minister for approval of senior Cadre but not sure if he has granted it.
A list came out some days ago for junior cadre.

those in camp are regularised voluteers+few politician candidates, all of dem nation wide are 3000, which am realy sure of. Have a nice weekend

What is the faith of those expecting replacement list? Do you have any info on that.

Making an average of 4-5k daily (multiply by 26 days) after fueling and feeding and excluding Sundays as am a Christian and observes the Sabbath.
It's very stressful I must say but the money made is worth it.
Just create some time to relax and unwind as ur health is ur wealth


I once worked in a bank (FCMB) as a DSA and also an AIICO trained insurance Policy Sales man plus a 3 round LQAS surveyor with World Health Organization (WHO) but I can confidently say na self employment na im sure pass.


Am still expecting the NSCDC 2016 General Recruitment but that won't stop me from running a biz by the side.

you might be right brother, even those in camp for ffs replacement were giving cards as well.

I think the next news you'll hear from NSCDC will be the 2016 General Recruitment which will hopefully be in the month of June.

NIS recruitment: FG gives automatic employment to 105 candidates On April 5, 20169:11 amIn News by adekunleComments 16 0 0 0 Abuja – The Federal Government has given automatic employment to 105 candidates and relatives of the botched 2014 Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) recruitment as compensation for those that died and sustained injuries during the exercise. This is contained in a statement signed by‎ Mr Bassey Akpanyung, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Interior and made available to newsmen on Monday in Abuja. The statement said that after due verification, employment was given to‎ three family members of each deceased applicant from the aborted exercise, of which fifteen families were identified, and a total of 45 family members selected. It said that 60 others who were injured in th‎e exercise were also given employment after verification by relevant government agencies. “After verification, 15 families were identified, and a total of 45 family members selected from the deceased families. “Similarly, approval was given for those who were injured in the same exercise to be employed. “After due verification by relevant agencies of government, 60 of those affected were considered for appointment‎,” it said. The statement said that the‎ two categories of beneficiaries are now undergoing training at various camps of the NIS in compliance with the presidential directive. It said that the recruitment conducted by the Special Presidential Committee constituted in the wake of the aborted exercise of March 2014 was being looked into.
